Greg Jeseritz has been a key player at 3M since 1999, currently serving as the Global Service Desk Leader, overseeing three Global Service Desks and various support services. Previous roles at 3M include Manager of IT Infrastructure End User Services for Managed Print, Global Domino Supervisor, Global Application Specialist/Business Networking/Licensing, Business Workstation Analyst focused on Display and Graphics/Health Care, and providing executive-level IT support through Executive Information Services. Greg began his career at IBM as a Help Desk Support Specialist and interned focusing on Quality Assurance for Lotus Notes. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Minnesota State University, Mankato, obtained between 1995 and 2000.
