Hakeem Dweekat

Hakeem Dweekat has extensive experience in management and sales within the industrial sector, currently serving as Regional Manager for the Middle East and Africa at 3M since December 2007. Demonstrating a strong leadership capability, Hakeem has held several key positions at 3M, including General Manager of the Industrial Business Group, Country Leader for Lean Six Sigma, and Division Manager for Building and Construction. Prior to joining 3M, Hakeem gained valuable experience at Dyrup A/S in roles such as Sales and Marketing Manager and Key Account Manager, as well as at Water Equipment International as a Technical Sales Engineer. Hakeem holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology, graduating in 1997.
