Heather Oberschmid

Heather Oberschmid, CFA, CAIA, is currently the Director of Pension Investments at 3M, where they oversee investment options and public equity manager due diligence for retirement plans. With prior experience as a Senior Manager and Manager in the same department, Heather has been integral to 3M's pension strategy since 2014. They held roles at Allianz Global Investors as a Vice President and Product Manager, at Wells Fargo Private Bank as an Investment Management Specialist, and at RBC Wealth Management as an Advisory Research Analyst. Heather began their career as an Investment Analyst at Jeffrey Slocum & Associates, Inc. and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Macalester College.
