Heidi Suess

Heidi Suess, PHR, SHRM-CP, is currently a Human Resources Manager at 3M, a role they have held since 2022. They previously served as Corporate Human Resources Manager at Associated Milk Producers Inc. from 2019 to 2022, and as a Human Resources Specialist at Blue Earth County from 2014 to 2019. Earlier in their career, Heidi worked in various human resources and administrative positions, including Human Resources Generalist roles at Enventis and Jones Metal Products, as well as a Human Resources Intern at Jennie-O Turkey Store.
