Helmut Tilgner

Helmut Tilgner is currently the Plant Engineering Manager at 3M, a position held since 2019. Previously, Helmut gained extensive experience in project management within the chemical plant construction sector, having worked at companies such as Triplan Ingenieur AG and InfraServ GmbH & Co. Gendorf KG from 1999 to 2007. Between 2007 and 2016, Helmut served as a Betriebsingenieur at 3M Dyneon. Helmut also held a project management role at Siemens Energy focused on water treatment and fire protection systems from 1995 to 1999, and completed a diploma thesis project at Linde AG Höllriegelskreuth in 1995. Helmut earned a Dipl. Ing (FH) degree in Verfahrenstechnik from Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm between 1990 and 1994.
