Holly Wolf

Holly Wolf is currently the Manager of Corporate Strategy at 3M, a position they began in 2025. They have significant prior experience as an Associate at McKinsey & Company and as a Senior Consultant at Guidehouse and Gallup. Previously, Holly held roles at Baker Donelson, where they were the Director of The Howard Baker Forum after serving as a Trade Assistant. They graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma in 2012 and earned an MBA from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business in 2019.
