Ian Pillow is currently the Director of Category Advising at 3M, where they leverage their expertise in supply chain and financial analytics. Previously, Ian held various roles at Walmart, including Logistics Manager, Senior Buyer, and Senior Planner, where they significantly enhanced sales and profits through strategic planning and collaboration. Ian also gained early experience as an Inventory Specialist and Second Shift Supervisor at Whirlpool Corp. A graduate of the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain, Ian is committed to using data-driven insights to drive positive business outcomes.
