Ida Li

Ida Li is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in color strategy and design research. Currently serving as Senior Design Manager at 3M 公司 since September 2021, Ida previously held the position of Senior Colour Manager at AkzoNobel, where key achievements included leading team restructuring, developing color service models, and managing nationwide projects. Prior roles include VTA/CMF Consultant at Philips Lighting, where Ida focused on visual trend analysis, and Design Research Manager at LX Hausys Korea, leading a team to identify consumer trends and business opportunities. Ida began a career in design as a Design Researcher at LG Hausys, contributing to market research and product design development. Ida holds a Master's degree in Visual and Communication Design from Donghua University and a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art Education from Shandong College of Arts.
