ilker Senguzel

Ilker Senguzel is currently the Plant Manager at 3M Sweden, where they leverage extensive experience in manufacturing and supply chain management. They previously held the position of Head of Turkey Manufacturing at 3M, overseeing two plants and ensuring operational excellence. Prior to that, Ilker worked in various engineering roles, including Quality Manager and Manufacturing Technology Lead at 3M, and served as a Production and Maintenance Engineer at Kordsa Global.
