Ivan Rivera

Ivan Rivera is a Business Supply Chain Director at 3M Company, where they have worked since 2006, holding various roles including Plant Engineering Manager and Lean Value Stream Director. They were responsible for leading 3M's Global Service Center in Costa Rica and managing a Focus Factory for medical devices. Ivan also holds an MBA in Global Business from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Iowa State University. In a previous role as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, they led a team focused on continuous improvement in manufacturing yield and productivity projects.
