Izabela Stadnik is an experienced engineering professional with a strong focus on Lean Manufacturing and process improvement. With a background that includes roles as a Trainee and Process Development Engineer at Walki Group, as well as Lean Engineer and Continuous Improvement Engineer at 3M, Stadnik has successfully led cross-functional projects and trained numerous workers in Lean tools. Additional experience includes a Technologist-traineeship at FagorMastercook, and a research project at KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., focusing on the adaptation of Lean methodology. Izabela holds an Engineer's degree and a Master of Engineering in Management and Engineering of Production from the University of Technology in Wroclaw.
