Jack Hoffman, CPIM, is a venture capitalist with extensive experience in supply chain operations across multiple divisions. Having held roles such as Manager/Crew Leader at Heath Services LLC and Supply Chain Analyst at Nestlé Nutrition North America, Jack has developed strong skills in Lean Six Sigma, SAP ERP, and logistics management. Currently, Jack serves as the Master Production Planner for the Transportation and Safety Division at 3M, after previously participating in their Optimized Operations Leadership Development Program. Jack holds a B.A. in Operations and Materials Management and a B.S. in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
