James Harrald

James Harrald, CSP, currently serves as a Fall Protection Sales Executive at 3M since June 2021. With a robust background in safety and sales, James held the position of Director of Safety at Border Construction Specialties from February 2013 to May 2021, overseeing safety operations across the Southwest. Prior to this, James expanded a client base significantly during tenure as an Outside Sales representative at National Safety, Inc., and achieved remarkable growth as General Manager at American Concrete Pumping. James's career began at Stoneway Concrete, where responsibilities spanned various managerial roles, and included significant contributions during the construction of Qwest Field. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Washington State University.
