Jeff Hillins

Jeff Hillins is an accomplished business and marketing leader who currently serves as the Global Vice President for a business unit of advanced industrial tapes and adhesives at 3M. With a diverse background in business development, strategic planning, and Lean Six Sigma, they have successfully implemented financial and strategic shifts across various industries. Previously, Jeff held roles at 3M that included Global Business Manager for Medical Diagnostics and Global Business Director for Post-it® and Scotch™ Brands. Jeff began their career as a Business Analyst at American Management Systems and holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
