Jen Au

Jen Au currently serves as the MKT eBusiness Project Lead at 3M since September 2025. With extensive experience in project management and photography, Jen has also held positions such as Packaging Project Manager at Philips from February 2020 to September 2025, and Project Manager roles at Amazon, BluLink Solutions, and Microsoft. At Microsoft, Jen effectively facilitated communication among departments and coordinated high-priority product launches while managing photography visual assets. Additionally, Jen has been a freelance photographer since October 2009, working with various companies. Early career experience includes roles as a photographer and photo editor at The Daily of the University of Washington, and as an Intern Executive Producer at the Seattle Post-Intelligencer. Jen Au holds a BA in English and Comparative Literature, with concentrations in Cinema Studies and Environmental Studies from the University of Washington.
