Jen Koch is a strategic human resources leader with over 15 years of experience in workforce planning and driving cultural changes. They began their career at 3M, where they held multiple leadership positions, including HR Business Manager, Regional Employee Relations Manager, and HR Manager. In 2020, they assumed the role of Organizational Effectiveness & Talent Leader, focusing on strategic operations in employee relations and talent development. Jen is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota while also holding a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Cloud State University.
