Jenni McDermott is a Senior Industrial Hygienist at 3M, where they conduct Industrial Hygiene Sampling and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. Previously, Jenni directed several projects at Kinross Gold Corporation, including reducing lead exposure in lab settings by introducing non-toxic alternatives, and improving safety measures related to Hydrogen Cyanide exposure at the Vantage plant. They also have experience as an Industrial Hygiene Consultant at Total Safety and have served as a Safety Trainer and HazCom Technician at Brigham Young University - Idaho. Currently, Jenni is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene and aspires to complete CIH certifications and obtain a master’s degree in Toxicology.
