Jessica Hern

Jessica Hern is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and analysis. As a Director at 3M since December 2016, Jessica has demonstrated leadership in various risk-related initiatives. Previously, Jessica served as a Senior Risk Manager and held a board member position at the Association of International Risk Intelligence Professionals (AIRIP) from May 2015 to June 2021. Prior to these roles, Jessica worked as a Senior Manager at St. Jude Medical and began a career in risk management as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton. Additionally, Jessica gained valuable experience as a Senior Program Analyst at the U.S. Department of Justice's Criminal Division. Educationally, Jessica holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) and a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Olaf College.
