Jim Kotsmith

Jim Kotsmith, P.E., is the Vice President of Global EHS at 3M, where they lead initiatives in Environment, Health, Safety, and Product Stewardship. They have held various positions at 3M, including Director of Corporate Environment and Manager of Corporate Environmental Programs, demonstrating a strong commitment to environmental engineering. Prior to their tenure at 3M, Jim worked as an Environmental Intern/Consultant from 1995 to 1999. They are currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville while holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
