Joan A is an Operations Director at 3M, where they lead multi-site operations in the Health Care Division, focusing on manufacturing excellence and process optimization. Previously, at Saint-Gobain, Joan supervised daily manufacturing operations and managed end-to-end production processes, resulting in significant improvements in efficiency and safety standards. Joan has developed a strong foundation in mentoring diverse teams and driving sustainable growth across various roles in manufacturing. Currently, Joan is pursuing studies in English Literature at the University of the Punjab.
