John Hoffbeck

John Hoffbeck is currently the Vice President of the Office and Retail Channel for the United States and Canada in the Consumer Business Group at 3M. With a career at 3M spanning from 1997 to the present, Hoffbeck has held various leadership roles, including U.S. Sales Director for the Home Care Division and Global Key Account Manager in the Stationery and Office Supplies Division. They have a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance from Minnesota State University, Mankato, earned in 1989. Known as a proven leader, Hoffbeck excels in delivering results, building partnerships with customers, and developing team members.
