John Sheridan

John Sheridan has extensive experience in sales management and business operations, primarily within the industrial sector. Currently serving as a retired professional at YMCA St Paul's Group since April 2023, John manages a sales team and oversees product launches. Prior to this, John held various roles at 3M, culminating in the position of Area Business Manager, where responsibilities included managing a sales force and leading business planning with distributors. Earlier positions at 3M involved managing the industrial masking business and executing a product simplification program that resulted in significant cost savings. John has achieved certification in business management through M Six Sigma and holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from Chapman University with a focus on business management, operations, and finance, as well as a BS in marketing from Niagara University.
