John Showers

John Showers has over two decades of experience in product management, sales operations, and marketing within various sectors. Currently serving as Director of USAC CIR at 3M since June 2011, John has held multiple roles at the company, including Department Manager for Product Application Support and Manager of B2C Product Support & Inside Sales Operations. Prior to 3M, John worked at Access Partners LLC as Lead & Opportunity Management Sales Supervisor and held positions in inside sales focused on industrial products. Earlier career experiences include a role as Sr Product Manager at QLogic Corporation and various managerial positions at CNT, which encompassed product management and worldwide sales operations. John earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato, between 1989 and 1993.
