John Valente

John Valente has an extensive career in information security, serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at 3M from August 2014 until retirement and previously holding similar positions at Best Buy from December 2002 to July 2014, where responsibilities included both Chief Information Security Officer and Vice President of Assurance. Before Best Buy, John Valente was a Partner at Accenture from July 2004 to June 2009 and served as Senior I/T Director at Dell from December 1996 to December 2002.
