Jon Lindgren is currently the Director of Business Supply Chain at 3M, where they lead global supply chain initiatives for the Automotive Aftermarket Division. With a career at 3M spanning from 2007 to the present, Jon has held various roles, including Sr. Manager of International Manufacturing Operations and Director of Division Global Lean Value Stream. They are also pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at the University of North Dakota. Jon is dedicated to defining and executing business objectives while coaching manufacturing and supply chain professionals to enhance global performance.
