Jon Ruppel

Jon Ruppel is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and organizational management. At 3M since March 1997, Jon has held various senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Total Rewards and Services and Vice President of Enterprise Value Acceleration. Prior positions at 3M encompass overseeing global HR operations, managing industrial mineral products, and directing global compensation efforts. Prior to 3M, Jon worked at Deloitte in International Assignment Services. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Rhetoric and Psychology from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from Concordia University-St. Paul.
