Jonas Nygard

Jonas Nygard, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformation and change management. Currently serving as the Business Transformation Project and Change Management Leader at 3M since July 2014, Jonas manages significant digital transformation initiatives, including the global implementation of Salesforce CRM. As President of RenTerra International, Jonas facilitates the adoption of clean and renewable energy technologies in the U.S. Prior roles include Partner at Governance Strategies LLC and Project Manager for the University of Minnesota's enterprise asset management transformation. Jonas also has a consulting background from Deloitte, focusing on strategy and operations, and has held analyst positions at DirectAg.com, Cargill, and ADC Telecommunications. Jonas holds an MSc in International Business & Economics from Uppsala University, supplemented by international coursework at Illinois State University and Kungsangsskolan.
