Jonathan Hefner

Head of 3M Global Employee Assistance Program at 3M

Jonathan Hefner is currently the Head of 3M Global Employee Assistance Program at 3M. Prior to this, they were an Adjunct College Instructor at Crown College from January 2011 to June 2013. There, they provided online instruction and mentoring to traditional and non-traditional adult learners, as well as input into curriculum design and content. From June 2009 to May 2011, Jonathan was the Director of Project Management at Aurora Community Services. In this role, they were a part of the Senior Management Team and participated in numerous initiatives related to clinical services, call center operations, human resources, grant writing, proposal writing, marketing, and publications. Jonathan also played a key role in the creation and rollout of employee development and leader training initiatives. Furthermore, Jonathan participated in the creation and redesign of online tools and resources, as well as the creation of new business ventures in consulting, training, EAP, and financial services. Before all this, Jonathan was the Provider Network Services Manager at Ceridian from September 1994 to June 2009.

Jonathan Hefner has a MA in Clinical Psychology from Wheaton College, a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from Crown College, and a Bachelor's degree in Pastoral Studies/Counseling from Crown College. Jonathan is also certified from the Hudson Institute of Coaching in Spot Coaching Trained.

Jonathan Hefner reports to Zoe Dickson, EVP & CHRO. They are on a team with Ann Anaya - Chief Diversity Officer, Laura Lorenz - VP, Human Resources, and Sandy Tokach - VP, Talent Solutions, Human Resources.
