Jonathan O'Hare

Jonathan O'Hare is an experienced Advanced Product Development Specialist at 3M, focusing on precision coating methods within the Coated Abrasives & Mineral group of the Abrasive Systems Division. With a career spanning from 2008 to the present at 3M, Jonathan has held various positions including Research Specialist, Senior Research Engineer, Advanced Research Engineer, and Process Research Engineer, all centered around precision coating technologies. Prior to 3M, Jonathan worked as a Mechanical Design Programmer at H&B Elevators Inc. and as a Maintenance Carpenter at Allina Hospitals & Clinics. Jonathan began a career in 3M as a Technical Aide while completing a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Minnesota, where an emphasis was placed on Mechanical Engineering and Material Science.
