Jonathan Richardson

Jonathan Richardson is currently an OEE Program Leader at GE Aerospace. Previously, they held various engineering and management roles at prominent companies, including 3M, where they managed a comprehensive wastewater treatment project, and served as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, generating significant cost savings. Jonathan completed a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering at Auburn University, following a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Iowa State University. Their early experience includes internships at Micron Technology and The Dow Chemical Company, where they gained technical expertise and contributed to process improvements.
