Jonathan Van Wyck

Jonathan Van Wyck currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at 3M since April 2025. In addition, Jonathan is the Chair of the Board of Directors for Catholic Charities of St. Paul and Minneapolis, contributing to the organization's mission and holding various leadership roles within the board. Prior to these positions, Jonathan was with Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from September 2010 to April 2025, where roles included Managing Director and Senior Partner, as well as North America Industrial Goods Practice Area Leader. Jonathan also contributed to BCG X as a core leadership member focused on tech innovation. Earlier experience includes working as a Senior Consultant at Navigant Consulting from July 2005 to July 2008. Academic credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School (2010) and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Notre Dame (2005).
