Joseph Karim

Joseph Karim is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in global sales and marketing within the technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President for the Global Commercial, Transportation & Electronics Business Group at 3M since April 2025, Joseph leads the organization’s global sales and marketing efforts. Previously, in roles at TE Connectivity and NXP Semiconductors, Joseph managed substantial P&L responsibilities and directed large teams, achieving multi-billion dollar revenues and implementing successful customer engagement strategies. Joseph's career milestones also include leadership positions at Fairchild, Analog Devices, Intersil Corporation, Atmel Corporation, and Data Device Corporation. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stony Brook University and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Global Business Management and Economics from Long Island University.
