Josh Bird

Josh Bird is a Plant Engineering Supervisor at 3M, where they lead a team in the urethane foam manufacturing process and develop methods to enhance quality and reduce costs. Previously, Bird served as an Officer and Aircraft Commander in the United States Air Force, holding roles such as U-2 Mission Pilot and Chief of Tactics for the KC-10. Bird's military career included supervising extensive aircrew training, commanding missions, and managing safety protocols. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the United States Air Force Academy.
