Julie Molitor

Julie Molitor is a customer-focused process improvement leader with extensive experience in operations and strategy. They began their career at Eli Lilly and Company as a Training Associate, where they taught manufacturing teams to design curricula and training programs. At 3M, Julie held various roles from Operations Team Leader to Director of Strategy and Operations, driving significant improvements in productivity, safety, and customer experience. Julie earned a BSE in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
