Karen Jin

Karen Jin is currently the General Manager at 3M Hong Kong, where they lead over 110 employees to ensure sustainable and profitable growth in the Hong Kong market. They previously held various roles at 3M, including Corporate Controller and Global Sr. Financial Manager, where they focused on strategic planning, financial counsel, and investment justification. Karen began their career as an HR Staffing Manager and Financial Manager at 3M China in 2003. They are pursuing a degree in Accounting at Shanghai University and hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Webster University.
