Karol Berlin

Karol Berlin is an experienced supply chain and production planning professional with a strong background in demand forecasting, stock management, and procurement. Berlin began a career at Philips Lighting Poland as a commercial and procurement planner, focusing on energy-saving lamps and managing logistics from suppliers to distribution centers. Subsequent roles included Senior Planner at 3M in the automotive division and later as Production Planning Leader and Supervisor, overseeing multiple planners and production streams. At Kerry Group, demand planning and forecasting in a FMCG context were key responsibilities, with emphasis on accuracy and data analysis. Currently, Berlin holds the position of Production Planning Supervisor at Solventum. An educational foundation in Economic Sciences and Management was achieved with a Master's degree from Uniwersytet Mikołaja Kopernika w Toruniu.
