Kate Warner

Kate Warner is a legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and communications. Currently serving as Director and Assistant General Counsel for Litigation at 3M since September 2021, Warner previously held the position of Partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from November 2009 to August 2021. Warner also contributed to political communications as Deputy Communications Director for Steve Kelley for Governor from July 2005 to June 2006. Education includes a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School, obtained between 2006 and 2009, and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Legal Studies from Northwestern University, earned from 2002 to 2005.
