Kevin Lee currently serves as the Vice President of Finance at 3M since March 2025. Prior to this role, Kevin held the position of CEO/EVP Investment at HiossenImplacil De Bortoli from June 2024 to February 2025. From January 2008 to May 2024, Kevin was the CFO at Carrier, overseeing various divisions including Det-Tronics Corp and Automated Logic Corp, where Kevin focused on finance leadership, operational excellence, and strategic growth initiatives across international markets. Earlier in the career, Kevin served as the CFO for Otis Korea, leading finance and IT operations for a significant division. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting & Finance from Chonnam National University and completed an Executive Leadership Program at INSEAD.
