Lars Näslund

Lars Näslund is currently the VP Global Commercial for the Safety and Industrial Business Group at 3M.

Näslund began their career in finance at Sigvard Carlsson AB in 1994, where they managed key accounts and finance. In 1996, they left to join Schneider Electric AB as a finance manager. Näslund continued to work in finance, joining Mediataktik in 2000 as finance manager. Lars remained there until November of that year when they transitioned to their current role at 3M.

At 3M, Näslund has held various positions within the company. Lars began as a finance manager before being promoted to VP Global Commercial for the Safety and Industrial Business Group. In this role, Näslund is responsible for leading the commercial team and driving growth for the safety and industrial businesses.

Lars Näslund reports to Michael G. Vale, Group President, Safety & Industrial. They work with Peter Olson - General Counsel, Safety and Industrial Business Group, Eric Johnson - Head of New Product Marketing and Commercialization, Abrasives Systems Division, and Roland Lang - Head of Finance, Safety and Industrial Business Group Operations.
