Laura Brown is an accomplished professional in the field of business leadership, currently serving as the Global Business Director for Hearing Protection at 3M since August 2022. In this role, Laura spearheads a cross-functional global team to achieve financial targets and develop market strategies for future growth. Previously, Laura held various leadership positions, including US & Canada Portfolio Leader for Hearing & Body Protection and Area Portfolio Leader for Fall, Head, and Face Protection at 3M Canada. Laura's career at 3M began in 2001, with roles ranging from Inside Sales Representative to Respiratory Solutions Marketing Manager. Education includes an Honours Bachelor of International Business from Carleton University and ongoing studies as an EMBA Candidate in Global Leadership at the University of Fredericton.
