Lindsay Flint

Lindsay Flint is a seasoned manufacturing and supply chain leader with extensive experience in engineering and operations management. They worked at 3M from 2013 to 2023, overseeing various roles including Pilot Plant Manager and Director, Lean Value Stream, effectively managing teams and leading projects that supported multimillion-dollar sales and compliance requirements. They began their career as an Engineering Intern at Trimble Navigation from 2001 to 2004 and hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wright State University and Purdue University, respectively.
