Lisa M. Croll received an H.B.Sc. in Applied Chemistry from the University of Waterloo in 1999 and a Ph.D. in Polymer Science from McMaster University in 2004. They have worked at 3M Company since 2004, where they have progressed through various roles in the Personal Safety Division, focusing on product development and technology development in respiratory protection. Lisa currently serves as the Lab Director, managing a high-performing team responsible for international standards development and technical support for personal protective equipment. Additionally, they are the Past Chair of the Americas Section of the International Society for Respiratory Protection and enjoy outdoor activities with their family.
