Lori Tempelis

Lori Tempelis has over two decades of experience at 3M, currently serving as President of the Industrial Specialties Division. Previously, Lori held roles including Vice President of the Automotive Aftermarket Division for the US and Canada, where responsibilities included portfolio management and aligning with industry trends. Other significant positions at 3M included Director of Data Intelligence & Digital Commerce Solutions, Sales Excellence Leader, and various business management roles focused on growth and commercialization. Lori began their career at Lincoln Savings Bank as a Marketing Intern. Lori earned an MBA in International Business from Rennes School of Business and a BA in Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa.
