Mandy (Min) Yan is currently the Area Compliance Leader for Greater China at 3M, a position they have held since 2017. Previously, they served as the Compliance Counsel for China at AIG from 2008 to 2011 and as the Asia Compliance Manager for Global Operations at GE from 2011 to 2012. They also held the title of Legal Counsel and Management Trainee at AXA Insurance Company from 2007 to 2008. Mandy obtained both a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Civil & Commercial Law from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
