Manuel Saenz

Manuel Saenz is an experienced industrial engineer with a robust background in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and supply chain management. Manuel's career includes roles such as Process/Lean Engineer at Commonwealth Sprague Capacitor, Inc., where Manuel implemented DMAIC methodology and Lean tools, and Production Supervisor/Manufacturing Engineer at EDIASA, managing a team to meet demanding production and quality standards for Mercedes Benz. Manuel also served as a New Project Introduction Engineer at Wistron, coordinating product launches, and held several positions at 3M, including Supply Chain Engineer and Senior Lean Coordinator, where Manuel led process improvements and training initiatives.
