Mario Lin

Mario Lin is the Global Manufacturing Director at 3M, where they lead three Global R&D departments in the Personal Safety Division. Previously, Mario served as a Global R&D Manager at 3M and held multiple engineering and managerial roles at Caterpillar Inc. and Ford Motor Company, where they focused on process optimization and project management. Mario has accumulated extensive experience in technical problem-solving, system optimization, and enhancing production efficiency. They are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Southern California.
