Mark Buckland is a Global Continuous Improvement Leader at 3M, where they have held various positions, including EMEA Lean Manager and Lean Operational Excellence Manager, from 2021 to 2023. Prior to their current role, Mark gained extensive experience in manufacturing and quality management in multiple capacities at 3M from 2006 to 2008 and earlier. Mark earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering with 1st Class Honours from Aston University, having completed their studies from 1994 to 1998.
