Mark Johanson

Mark Johanson is the Director and Assistant General Counsel at 3M, where they serve as Chief Employment Counsel for the Consumer Business Division and lead key legal initiatives across the company. With a strong background in labor and employment law, Mark has over ten years of experience as both outside and inside counsel, previously holding positions at Mercedes-Benz USA and Ogletree Deakins. They earned their Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law with honors, along with an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School. Mark also has professional experience in marketing and customer support from their time at Mazda North American Operations.
