Matt Thatcher has over 25 years of experience at 3M, starting as a Research Engineer Intern in 1997 and advancing to the role of Manufacturing Engineer Specialist and Senior Process Engineer. With a strong focus on continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Matt Thatcher provides critical process engineering support to manufacturing lines and leads various engineering and Six Sigma projects. Additionally, as an Advanced Product Development Engineer, Matt Thatcher contributed to research and development for 3M Drug Delivery Systems.
