Matthew Frank

Matthew Frank has diverse engineering experience, beginning with the Engineer-In-Training (EIT) Program at Lehigh Hanson from August 2017 to November 2018, followed by a role as Maintenance Engineer/Continuous Improvement Black Belt until August 2021. Currently, Matthew serves as a Senior Process Engineer at 3M in Cottage Grove, Minnesota, since October 2023. Prior to these positions, Matthew held various roles, including Engineering Tech Aid at Hennepin County and student positions at Purdue University, which included roles as a Student Cook and Resident Assistant. Matthew earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University in 2017 and is currently pursuing a degree in Welding Technology at Ivy Tech Community College.
